I have set this group up as I was unable to find any other Haiku groups on Deviant art.

Please, feel free to join, just send a note with "join" in the heading.

All Haiku submitted to the group will be posted as I do not believe in forcing my personal taste on people, each writers view of their creation is their own and just because I may personally not like it does not mean it is going to be disliked by others, or indeed that it isn't good.

Try ~Wudang-mountain it is an excellent resource for haiku and the related Japanese forms.

Hello!

did you find haikuwrimo?

I started deviant art in September with the thought of writing a haiku a day for a year and having a journal.and on my 3rd or so day here I found a great bunch of people who were doing a haiku writing challenge for every day in October... I think that you would like those people - they are great artists and very friendly and helpful. I am learning so much from them.
